摘要
当今社会正在进行深度数字化转变,老年人作为"数字难民",其生存现状值得重视。本文主要使用问卷调查法以及深度访谈法,对武汉五个区110位老年人的微信采纳、使用、知识获取情况进行研究。研究发现:影响微信采纳的因素在于老年人的自我保护意识、媒介的有意识自主选择;使用方面因受困于年迈的身体因素,倾向于选择一键明了式的功能,逐步实现了生活全方面的微信介入;在知识获取方面,老年人倾向于"围观"朋友圈、点击具有暗示性标题的文章以及关注有关子孙的议题。与此同时,本研究对老年人媒介素养状况、生存现状等进行了一定的反思与探讨。
Today’s society is undergoing profound digital transformation,during which elderly people are regarded as the "digital refugees ".Their survival status is worthy of attention.This paper mainly uses questionnaire and in-depth interview to study the adoption,use and knowledge acquisition of WeChat among 110 elderly people in five districts of Wuhan.This study found that for elderly people the factors influencing the adoption of WeChat are the self-protection consciousness,and their conscious and independent choice of media.The use of WeChat is mainly influenced by their health conditions,with a tendency to choose one-click function.WeChat has gradually intervened in all aspects of elderly people’s lives.In terms of knowledge acquisition,elderly people tend to "check out" their friend circle,click on articles with suggestive headline,and focus on issues related to their children and grandchildren.Meanwhile,this study also reflects and discusses the elderly people’s media literacy and their status quo in this digital society.
