摘要
“新时代”的中国体育是由“体育大国”向“体育强国”迈进的关键时期。田径运动整体水平的提高和突破是中国体育全面发展的当务之急,也是中国从体育大国向体育强国迈进的关键。本研究以新时代田径运动面临的新任务、新要求与我们存在的不适应为依据,探索新时代田径运动的创新路径,为推动中国田径运动改革发展提供顶层设计思路和理论支撑。本文采用文献资料法,逻辑分析法,专家访谈法,从竞技田径、群众田径和田径产业三方面着手,得出新时代田径运动的新使命:服务强国建设新需要;勇攀田径竞技新高峰;打造田径文化新高地;促进田径产业新发展。在此基础对田径运动的创新发展路径作以探讨:建立多元化后备人才培养新体系;优化资源配置,共建新队伍;挖掘内涵、培育文化,创办新赛事;竞技田径带动群众参赛新高度;偶像+田径=新时代群众田径新出路;借助马拉松火热势头引领田径运动新普及;田径产业价值链解构新模式。
The“new era”of Chinese sports is a crucial period in which the“big country of sports”is moving towards the“big country of sports”.The improvement and breakthrough of the overall level of track and field sports is an urgent task for the all-round development of Chinese sports,and it is also the key to China's progress from a sports power to a sports power.Based on the new tasks and requirements of track and field in the new era,this study explores the innovative path of track and field in the new era,and provides top-level design ideas and theoretical support for the reform and development of track and field in China.This paper uses the literature method,logic analysis method,expert interview method,from the athletics track and field,mass track and field and track and field industry three aspects to get the new mission of track and field in the new era:the new needs of serving the powerful country;Brave to climb the new peak of track and field athletics;Create a new Highland of track and field culture;Promote the new development of the track and field industry.On this basis,we discuss the innovative development path of track and field sports:establish a new system of diversified reserve talents training;Optimize the allocation of resources and build new teams;Dig for connotation,cultivate culture,and establish new events;Athletic track and field led the masses to enter new heights;Idol+track and field=new way out for the masses in the new era;With the help of marathon hot momentum to lead the new popularity of track and field sports;New model of value chain deconstruction in track and field industry.
