摘要
以日本白色恋人巧克力工厂为例,采集国内旅游网站上旅游者相关在线点评,运用扎根理论分析总结,得出白色恋人巧克力工厂的旅游地认知意象体系。使用ROST CM6软件进行分词、高频词、情感分析和语义网络分析,得出旅游者对白色恋人巧克力工厂的认知意象、情感意象和总体意象。研究发现,旅游空间、人文吸引物、自然吸引物、旅游服务构成白色恋人巧克力工厂旅游地认知意象体系,其中旅游服务构成主要影响因素。旅游者的情感态度整体以积极情绪为主,对旅游服务的评价较高,而负面情绪主要受个体偏好影响。基于此,提出观光工厂的管理者应重视旅游服务的流程规范和操作标准,保证旅游服务的品质,巩固和提升品牌形象,完善厂区内游览设施等建议。
Taking Shiroi Koibito as an example,this paper collects tourists'relevant online comments on domestic tourism websites,summarizes the tourism destination cognitive image system by grounded theory,and uses ROST CM6 software for word segmentation,high-frequency words,emotional analysis and semantic network analysis to obtain tourists'cognitive image,emotional image and overall image of Shiroi Koibito.The results show that:tourism space,cultural attractions,natural attractions and tourism services constitute the cognitive image system of tourism destination,among which tourism services is the main influencing factors.The emotional perception of tourists to Shiroi Koibito is overall positive,while the tourism services obtain the comparatively high evaluation,and negative emotions are reflected in individual preferences.Then,the paper puts forward the proposals as follows:managers should ensure the quality of tourism service,consolidate and improve the brand image,and improve the tour facilities in the factory.
