摘要
以注射模中斜抽芯机构为研究对象,对于较大的斜抽芯角度,通过对滑块结构进行优化、导向T形槽和复合角度受力驱动转换,简化抽芯机构结构,使受力驱动合理,并介绍了模具的工作过程。这种滑块结构使模具设计更合理,结构更紧凑,动作稳定可靠,提高了成型塑件的质量和生产效率。
Taking the angle core-pulling mechanism in injection mould as the research object,the slider structure,guiding T-groove and compound angle were optimized to get the reasonable driv⁃ing force for large angle core-pulling.The work process of mould was described,and the slider structure made the mould design more reasonable and compact,and the mould action was stable and reliable.
