摘要
根据汽车导流板的尺寸大小、结构特征和熔体的流动特性,设计了一副热流道大型复杂注塑模具。模具浇注系统采用顺序阀热流道技术3点进料,成功消除了熔体填充不足、熔接痕和塑件表面发亮等成型缺陷。脱模系统采用氮气弹簧,成功解决了脱模力大,顶出不平衡导致塑件变形的问题。模具整体结构先进合理,试 模一次成功,投产后运行平稳,锁模力减小了20%~30%,成型周期为55 s,提高劳动生产率约15%。
According to the size, structure characteristics and fl ow characteristics of the automobile guide plate, a large complex injection mold with hot runner was designed. The SVG technology was used in the hot runner gating system, which successfully eliminated the defects of melt fi lling, weld mark and bright forming on the surface of the plastic parts. Nitrogen spring was used in the demoulding system, which successfully solved the problem of large demoulding force and unbalanced ejection leading to plastic deformation. The overall structure of the mold is advanced and reasonable, the trial mold is successful once, the operation is stable after commissioning, the clamping force is reduced by 20%~30%, the molding cycle is 55 s, and the labor productivity is increased by about 15%.
