摘要
文章立足于中国经济发展正处于从数量驱动向创新驱动转换的关键阶段,引入技术距离的影响作用,依据高阶梯队理论和企业创新相关理论,实证检验了高管团队风险偏好对高科技企业二元式创新的影响。研究结论表明:1)高管团队风险偏好程度越高,越有利于选择颠覆式创新方式;2)技术距离较大时,实施技术追赶的企业更适合采取渐进式创新方式;3)技术距离显著负向调节二者之间的作用关系。通过区分高科技企业所处的行业类别,发现除了航空航天及设备制造业,技术距离的影响作用都有显著体现。
Based on the key stage of the transformation of China's economic development mode from quantity driven to innovation driven,this paper introduces the influence of technology distance,and empirically studies the impact of risk preference of Top Management Team on the dualistic innovation of high-tech enterprises based on the theory of Upper Echelons Theory and Enterprise Innovation Theories.The research conclusion shows that firstly the more the Top Management'Team prefers risk,the more likely they are to choose the radical innovation method.Secondly,when there is far technology distance,the enterprises implementing technology catch-up are more suitable to adopt the incremental innovation method.Thirdly,the technology distance significantly negatively regulates the interaction between the risk preference of TMT and dualistic innovation of High-tech enterprises.By dividing the high-tech enterprise into different groups according to their industries,it is found that apart from aerospace and related equipment manufacturing industry,the influence of technology distance is significantly reflected.
