摘要
梳理全球企业研发投入主要发展趋势,利用全球企业研发投入2 500强的数据,对中国企业研发投入进行对比分析发现,中国企业以高速增长率保持研发投入贡献率逐年增加,信息通信技术领域引领先进制造业变革,生物医药行业短板正加速补齐,研发投入大企业中传统产业仍占半壁江山。对比和发达经济体的异同,对中国科技创新政策进行了若干思考,提出优化企业研发投入结构,推动可持续发展,培育世界一流创新型企业,梯度培育科技型高成长企业等建议。
This paper sorts out the main development trends of global enterprises’ R&D investment, and makes a comparative analysis on the R&D investment of Chinese enterprises by using the data of top 2500 global enterprises’ R&D investment. We found that the contribution rate of R&D investment of Chinese enterprises is increasing year by year with the rapid growth rate. The information and communication technology field is leading the reform of advanced manufacturing industry. The short board of biomedical industry is accelerating to make up. Traditional industries still account for half of the big enterprises. By comparing the similarities and differences with countries, this paper suggested optimizing the R&D investment structure of enterprises, promoting sustainable development, cultivating world—class innovative enterprises, and gradiently cultivating high—tech high—growth enterprises.
