海上油田小井眼分注井测调一体化工艺研究 被引量:9

Study on the Integrated Measurement and Adjustment Technology for Slim Hole Separate Injection Wells in Offshore Oilfield

摘要 针对海上油田小井眼注水井缺乏高效测调分注工艺的技术现状,在现有大尺寸边测边调分注工艺基础上,创新设计了高效测调分注工艺、分注管柱、注水工作筒及验封测调一体化仪器,形成了适用于海上油田82.6 mm(3.25 in)内通径的小井眼分注井测调一体化工艺技术。采用该工艺技术可使小井眼注水井的分注层数不受限、单层流量不小于1000 m^(3)/d,测调时效和成功率高,且具备测试通道。海上油田小井眼分注井测调一体化工艺技术现场应用了11口井,验封调配144层次,一次性验封测调成功率97.3%以上,平均单井测调时间在6 h以内,分层验封效果可达90%以上,分层流量测调误差在10%以内,测调精度在2%以内,分层配水合格率超过95%。该工艺技术可以满足当前海上油田小井眼注水井精细化注水的开发需求。 Aiming at the lack of the efficient measurement and adjustment separate injection technology for offshore slim hole injection wells,based on the existing large-size measurement and adjustment separate injection technology,the 82.6 mm integrated instrument for high-efficiency measurement and adjustment separate injection are innovatively designed.An integrated measurement and adjustment technology for offshore slim hole separate injection well is established.With the technology,the number of separate layers of the slim hole water injection is not limited,the flow rate of a single layer is no less than 1,000 m^(3)/d,and the measurement and adjustment timeliness and the success rate are high with the test channel available.The technology has been applied in 11 wells with 144 layers.The one-time success rate of sealing examining,measurement and adjustment is over 97.3%.The average single-well measurement and adjustment time is within 6 hours.The separate layer sealing effect can reach more than 90%.The separate layer flow measurement and adjustment error is within 10%.The measurement and adjustment accuracy are within 2%.The pass rate of separate layer water distribution exceeds 95%.This technology can meet the current demand for refined water injection of offshore slim hole injection wells.
