Research on Intelligent Monitoring and Control Technology of Water Injection Well in Offshore Oilfields

摘要 为提高渤海油田注水增产效率,实现注水井分层注水的精细化管理,针对渤海油田大排量注水的应用需求,设计开収了一种井下分层注水智能配水器及配套地面监控设备。该配水器具有井下数据实时采集、分层注水量自动调控、分层在线验封、注水安全监测等功能,配水器由机械部分和电控电路两部分组成,其中电控电路包括井下电源模块、微控制器模块、数据采集模块、解码电路、収码电路、电机驱动电路。配水器借助钢管电缆与地面监控设备相连,即可在中控远程实现分层注水的在线监测与分层注水量的动态调控,单层配注量最大可达1000m3·d-1,单井测调时间可缩短至几个小时,减少了后期调配作业和修井费用,截至2019年12月现场已成功应用87口井,累计298套,节约测调费用约1370万元,降本增效显著。 In order to improve the efficiency of water injection in Bohai oilfield and realize the fine management of layered water injection in water injection wells,a kind of underground layered water injection intelligent water distribution device with cable and supporting ground monitoring equipments was designed and developed according to the application demand of large displacement water injection in Bohai oilfield.The water distribution device has the functions of real-time data collection,automatic control of layered water injection,layered online sealing test,water injection safety monitoring,etc.The water distributor is composed of mechanical part and electric control circuit.The electric control circuit includes underground power module,micro controller module,data acquisition module,decoding circuit,code sending circuit and motor driving circuit.The water distributor can be connected to the ground monitoring equipment with the help of steel pipe and cable,which can realize the online monitoring of layered water injection and the dynamic regulation of layered water injection in the central control remotely.The single-layer water injection can be up to 1000 m3·d-1 at most,and the single well test and adjustment time can be shortened to a few hours,which can reduce the cost of later deployment and workover.As of December 2019,87 wells have been successfully applied on site,with a total of 298 sets.The saved adjustment cost is about 13.7 million Yuan,cost reduction and efficiency increase are significant.
