摘要
为提高整体开发效率,降低开发成本,长庆苏里格气田应用了小井眼钻井技术。针对苏里格气田的具体情况,在小井眼钻井工艺方面,进行了包括井身结构优化、套管优选、井壁稳定性控制、地层出水预测等多方面的技术研究。2003年共进行了4口小井眼井的施工,其中包括2 口天然气欠平衡钻井,通过小井眼天然气欠平衡钻井实践表明,应用该项技术,与常规钻井相比较,机械钻速可以得到大幅度提高,是提高钻井速度、缩短钻井时间的有效途径。
The slim hole drilling techniques have been applied to Sulige gas field, Changqing, in order to raise integral development effectiveness to reduce development cost. The techniques including casing program optimization, casing selection, borehole wall stability control and formation water-out prediction, etc., was studied in light of the actual situation of the field. Four slim holes were drilled in 2003 and the gas underbalance pressure drilling techniques were used for drilling the two of them. The results indicated that, as compared with the conventional drilling method, the penetration rate might be greatly raised by applying the gas underbalance pressure drilling techniques in slim hole.
