非洲猪瘟血清学诊断和疫苗研究进展 被引量:11

摘要 非洲猪瘟是一种高度接触性猪传染病,自2018年8月传入我国后呈暴发性流行,目前防控形势依然严峻。因此,开发准确、快速的检测方法和安全、高效的疫苗具有重要意义。由于非洲猪瘟病毒复杂的生物学特性阻碍了疫苗的研发,目前尚无批准上市的商品化疫苗。理论上健康猪只体内不存在非洲猪瘟病毒抗体,血清学检测具有高度的敏感性和特异性,如果检测到抗体反应阳性,即提示猪场出现了感染。论文综述了非洲猪瘟的各种血清学检测方法,以及灭活疫苗、减毒活疫苗、亚单位疫苗、DNA疫苗和病毒活载体疫苗的研究进展,以期为非洲猪瘟的诊断和疫苗的研发提供借鉴。 African swine fever(ASF)is a devastatingly infectious disease of pigs,which has become an explosive epidemic since it firstly emerged in China in August 2018.For now the situation of prevention and control is still severe.Therefore,the development of accurate,rapid detection methods and safe,efficient vaccines are of great significance for the prevention,control and purification of the disease.Due to the complex biological characteristics of African swine fever virus(ASFV),it is difficult to develop effective vaccines.So far,there is no commercial vaccine approved by the state.For this reason,there is no antibody of ASFV in healthy pigs in theory.And the serological detection methods are highly sensitive and specific.If the ASFV antibody reaction is positive,it can indicate that ASF has occurred in the pig farms.This paper reviewed the research progress on various serological detection methods of ASFV,as well as inactivated vaccines,live attenuated vaccines,subunit vaccines,DNA vaccines and live vector vaccines.We hope to provide a reference for the detection of the disease and the development of vaccines.
