摘要
近年来基因工程技术、分子生物学技术和细胞工程技术蓬勃发展,疫苗的品种日益丰富,生产方式也日益优化。尤其是在新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)暴发以来,围绕COVID-19疫情防控与相关疫苗研发成为时下全球关注的焦点,各种类型疫苗的研究力度进一步加强。虽然传统灭活苗在COVID-19的预防方面做出了突出贡献,但是其他新型疫苗在其他病毒类病原微生物的预防过程中也发挥着重要作用。本文系统性地介绍了传统疫苗以及新型基因工程疫苗在研发过程中的新发现、新特点,其中,亚单位疫苗、活载体疫苗以及核酸疫苗均展现出研发的潜在价值;同时对各种不同类型疫苗目前的研制进展进行梳理总结,以期为后续研究以及免疫策略的制定提供借鉴。
With the development of genetic engineering, molecular technology and cell engineering technology, the variety of vaccines is becoming more abundant and the production methods are also increasingly optimized. In particular, when corona virus disease 2019 (COVID-19) emerged and spread around the world, the prevention measures and vaccines involving COVID-19 have received much attentions. Although the inactivated vaccine for COVID-19 has been playing an important role in preventing COVID-19, other novel types of vaccines related to other viral pathogens has also been displaying good effects on preventing other target diseases. In this review, we plan to describe some new characterizations for inactivated vaccine and novel types of vaccines. Among these vaccines, the subunit vaccine, the live vector vaccine and the nucleotide vaccine have all exhibited obvious excellences in preventing viral pathogens. We intend to summarize some advances in research on developing these types of vaccine systematically in order to provide some clues for developing effective vaccines for related target pathogens in the future.
