2016—2018年江苏苏北、苏中地区部分规模化猪场伪狂犬病调查 被引量:2

Epidemiological survey of pseudorabies virus in large scale pig farms in northern and central of Jiangsu province from 2016to 2018

摘要 为探究江苏苏北、苏中地区规模化猪场伪狂犬病(PR)免疫效果和伪狂犬病毒(PRV)野毒流行动态,2016—2018年采用ELISA血清学检测方法和PCR方法对采自苏北、苏中8市规模化猪场的5385份血清和319份病料分别进行PRV抗体和核酸检测,并对检测结果进行比较。结果表明:2016、2017、2018年PRV gB抗体阳性率分别为93.78%、93.18%和94.16%,PRV gE抗体阳性率分别为23.77%、21.84%和21.17%。8市间PRV gE抗体阳性率有明显差异,宿迁市最高(31.61%),徐州市最低(16.31%)。公猪PRV gE抗体阳性率为7.88%,其余类型猪的PRV gE抗体阳性率在20%~30%之间。采集的组织样品PRV野毒2016年野毒阳性率为17.45%,2018年野毒阳性率降为14.45%。调查结果说明2016—2018年间江苏省8市规模化猪场PRV免疫情况良好,而PRV野毒感染依然比较普遍,但检出率呈下降趋势,为江苏地区PR净化策略的制定和实施提供了流行病学依据。 To investigate the immunization status of pseudorabies virus(PRV)vaccination and the epidemiology situation at large commercial pig farms in northern and central of Jiangsu province from 2016to 2018,and provide the basis for PR prevention and control in these regions.Serum(5385)and tissue(319)samples were collected from 8different cities between 2016and 2018.PRV gB and gE antibodies in sera were detected by ELISA,and wild-type PRV strains from tissues were detected by PCR.The results showed that the positive rates of PRV gB antibodies in 2016,2017and 2018were 93.78%,93.18%and 94.16%,respectively;the positive rates of PRV gE antibodies were 23.77%,21.84%and 21.17%,respectively.The PRV gE antibody positive rate differed slightly among these cities,with Suqian city being the highest(31.61%)and Xuzhou city the lowest(16.31%).The positive rate of PRV gE antibody in boars was 7.88%,and the positive rate of gE antibody in other types of pigs was between 20%and 30%.The positive rate of wild-type PRV viruses collected from tissue samples was 17.45%in 2016,and dropped to 14.45%in 2018.The above results indicated that from 2016to 2018,PRV immunity of large-scale pig farms in 8cities in Jiangsu Province was good,but wild-type PRV virus infections were still relatively common,and the detection rate showed a downward trend.This study investigated the PRV immunity and wild-type PRV prevalence in large-scale pig farms in northern Jiangsu and central Jiangsu,and provided an epidemiological basis for the formulation and implementation of PR eradication strategies in Jiangsu province.
