摘要
资助育人作为十大育人体系之一,在学生成长成才过程中发挥重要作用。随着时代的发展,资助育人工作面临新的挑战,具体表现为资助工作与思想政治教育缺乏深度融合、资助工作队伍专业化程度不够、资助育人信息库尚未完全建立等。论文通过梳理发展型资助育人理论的研究,提出物质资助发展性和成长发展可持续性是时代赋予资助育人理念的全新内涵,并结合“互联网+”和大数据时代的背景,以广东工业大学管理学院“培菁在线”系统为例,提出构建发展型资助育人平台是突破高校资助工作发展瓶颈、提升新时代高校资助育人质量的有效途径。
As one of the top ten education systems,financial aid education plays an important role in the process of students'growth and success.With the development of the times,funding education work is facing new challenges,which are manifested in the lack of deep integration of funding work and ideological and political education,insufficient professionalization of the funding work team,and the funding education information database has not yet been fully established.This paper combs through the theoretical research of development—oriented funding for education,and proposes that the development of material funding and the sustainability of growth and development are the new connotations of the era's concept of funding for education.Combining with the background of the “Internet+”and the era of big data,taking the“Peijing Online”system of the School of Management Guangdong University as an example,it is proposed that the establishment of a development—oriented funding education platform is an effective way to break through the bottleneck of the development of college funding work and improve the quality of college funding and education in the new era.
