摘要
目的探讨阿戈美拉汀与文拉法辛治疗抑郁症的临床效果比较。方法选择2019年1—12月在我院诊断治疗的抑郁症患者60例为研究对象,随机分为A组与B组,每组各30例,A组采用阿戈美拉汀治疗,B组采用文拉法辛治疗。治疗4周后,评价两组HAMD评分、生活质量及不良反应情况。结果治疗后,两组HAMD评分均较治疗前显著下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,A组HAMD评分显著低于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后生活质量各维度得分及总分均显著提高,与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,A组生活质量各维度得分及总分显著高于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论阿戈美拉汀与文拉法辛治疗抑郁症均有较好的临床疗效,阿戈美拉汀治疗后患者HAMD评分更低,生活质量改善更显著,不良反应少。
Objective To compare the clinical effect between agomelatine and venlafaxine in the treatment of depression.Methods Sixty patients with depression diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January to December 2019 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into group A and group B with 30 cases in each group.Group A was treated with agomelatine and group B was treated with venlafaxine.After 4 weeks,the HAMD scores,quality of life and adverse reactions of the two groups were evaluated.Results After treatment,the HAMD scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The HAMD score of group A was significantly lower than that of group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,each dimension score and total score of the quality of life in the two groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Each dimension score and total score of the quality of life in group A were significantly higher than those in group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Both agomelatine and venlafaxine have good clinical effects in the treatment of depression.After treatment with agomelatine,patients have a lower HAMD score,a more significant improvement in quality of life and fewer adverse reactions.
