摘要
目的探讨重复经颅磁刺激(RTMS)联合文拉法辛治疗老年抑郁症的效果及对认知功能的影响。方法选取2018年4月至2020年1月老年精神科收治的80例老年抑郁症患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,各40例。实验组采取文拉法辛联合RTMS治疗,对照组采取文拉法辛联合假刺激治疗。比较两组治疗效果、认知功能评分。结果实验组治疗总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组HAMD、MMSE评分比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,两组HAMD评分较治疗前降低,MMSE评分较治疗前提高,且实验组HAMD评分低于对照组,MMSE评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论RTMS联合文拉法辛治疗老年抑郁症临床疗效显著,可明显改善患者抑郁症状,提高患者认知功能,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the effect of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation(RTMS)combined with venlafaxine in the treatment of senile depression and its impact on cognitive function.Methods 80 cases of elderly depression patients admitted to the geriatric psychiatric department from April 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects.Randomly divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with venlafaxine combined with RTMS,and the control group was treated with venlafaxine combined with sham stimulation.The treatment effects and cognitive function scores of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 95.00%,which was higher than 80.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in HAMD and MMSE scores between the two groups;after treatment,the HAMD scores of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the MMSE scores were higher than before treatment.The HAMD score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,and the MMSE score was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion RTMS combined with venlafaxine has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of elderly depression.It can significantly improve the symptoms of depression and improve the cognitive function of patients.It is worthy of promotion.
