摘要
目的:比较阿戈美拉汀与氟西汀对首发抑郁症患者疗效、安全性及认知功能的影响.方法:选取2018年6月-2019年6月肇庆市第三人民医院住院及门诊首发抑郁症患者100例,将其随机分为阿戈美拉汀组和氟西汀组,各50例.阿戈美拉汀组给予阿戈美拉汀片治疗,氟西汀组给予氟西汀片治疗.比较两组治疗前后汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、韦氏成人记忆量表、韦氏成人智力量表评分及不良反应发生情况.结果:治疗前,两组HAMD、韦氏成人记忆量表、韦氏成人智力量表评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组HAMD评分均较治疗前显著降低,但两组治疗后HAMD评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).治疗后两组韦氏成人记忆量表、韦氏成人智力量表评分均较治疗前显著升高(P<0.05),且阿戈美拉汀组均高于氟西汀组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,两组患者不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:阿戈美拉汀和氟西汀对改善首发抑郁症效果明显,阿戈美拉汀可以有效改善认知功能,有临床应用价值.
Objective:To compare the effects of Agomelatine and Fluoxetine on the efficacy,safety and cognitive function of patients with first-episode depression.Method:A total of 100 patients with first-episode depression of inpatient and outpatient in the Third People’s Hospital of Zhaoqing City from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected.They were randomly divided into the Agomelatine group and the Fluoxetine group,50 cases in each group.Agomelatine group was treated with Agomelatine Tablets,and Fluoxetine group was treated with Fluoxetine Tablets.The Hamilton depression scale(HAMD),wechsler adult memory scale,wechsler adult intelligence scale scores and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Result:Before treatment,there were no significant differences in HAMD,wechsler adult memory scale and wechsler adult intelligence scale scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,HAMD scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,but there was no significant difference in HAMD scores between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of wechsler adult memory scale and wechsler adult intelligence scale in the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the Agomelatine group was higher than the Fluoxetine group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Agomelatine and Fluoxetine have obvious effect on first-episode depression.Agomelatine can effectively improve cognitive function and has clinical application value.
