摘要
智慧农业在管理农业生产、解决信息不对称问题、搭建农产品可追溯体系、推动新模式新业态发展、改善农业生态环境等方面发挥了重要作用。我国智慧农业发展存在整体规划缺乏、技术短板明显、数据采集和应用困难、科技投入和信息化水平不高、复合型高素质人才不足、农业劳动者从事智慧农业意愿不高、智慧农业发展受要素资源影响大、创新性农业商业模式匮乏等问题,应从顶层设计安排、制度机制设计、基础设施建设、科技研发投入、专业人才培养、政策体系构建等方面着手解决。
Smart agriculture has played an important role in managing agricultural production,solving the problem of information asymmetry,building the traceability system of agricultural products,promoting the development of new models and new business types,and improving the agricultural ecological environment.There are some problems in the development of smart agriculture in China,such as lack of overall planning,obvious technical weakness,difficulties in data collection and application,low level of scientific and technological investment and informatization,shortage of inter-disciplinary high-caliber personnel,low willingness of agricultural workers to engage in smart agriculture,great influence of factors and resources on the development of smart agriculture,and lack of innovative agricultural business models.We should solve these problems by making arrangements for top-level design,establishing institutions and mechanisms,constructing infrastructure,investing in R&D,training professional personnel,and building policy system.
