岩青兰、旱辣蓼和轮叶棘豆化学成分分析及体外抑菌试验 被引量:2

Chemical Composition Analysis and Antibacterial Activity in Vitro of Dracocephalum rupestre,Polygonum flaccidum and Oxytropis chiliophylla

摘要 为研究岩青兰、旱辣蓼和轮叶棘豆的化学成分和体外抑菌活性,采用GC-MS技术对各植物乙醇提取物的化学成分进行分析与鉴定;采用二倍稀释法、平板涂布法和琼脂平板打孔法分别测定最小抑菌浓度(MIC)、最小杀菌浓度(MBC)和最小抑菌浓度抑菌圈大小。GC-MS分析显示,岩青兰、旱辣蓼和轮叶棘豆中具有生物活性的化合物分别为13、19、15种,其中黄酮类化合物分别为9、12、13种,有机酸类化合物分别为0、2、0种,醌类化合物分别为2、2、1种,生物碱类化合物分别为2、3、1种;体外抑菌活性试验显示,复方提取物对链球菌,岩青兰提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌,岩青兰和复方提取物对大肠埃希氏菌,复方提取物对沙门氏菌抑制效果最好,其MIC值范围为1.95 mg/mL~31.25 mg/mL,MBC值范围为3.25 mg/mL~250 mg/mL。结果表明,3种药物提取物对4种常见菌均有良好的抑菌活性,可能是因为3种药物中含有多种具有抑菌活性的化学成分,研究结果可为开发新型兽药提供理论依据。 In order to study the chemical composition and in vitro antibacterial activity of DRH,PFM and OCR,GC-MS technology was used to analyze and identify the chemical composition of ethanol extracts from various plants.The minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC),minimum bactericidal concentration(MBC)and minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC)were determined by double dilution method,plate coating method and agar plate drilling method respectively.GC-MS results showed that there were 13,19 and 15 bioactive compounds in DRH,PFM and OCR,among which 9,12 and 13 were flavonoids,0,2 and 0 were organic acids,2,2 and 1 were quinones,and 2,3 and 1 were alkaloids;The results of antibacterial activity in vitro showed that the compound extract had the best inhibitory effect on Streptococcus,Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli and Salmonella,the MIC value was 1.95-31.25 mg/mL and the MBC value was 3.25-250 mg/mL.The results show that the three medicines extracts have good antibacterial activity against four common bacteria,which may be due to the fact that there are many kinds of chemical components with antibacterial activity in the three medicines.This study can provide theoretical basis for the development of new veterinary medicine.
