摘要
目的 :对河南济源产冬凌草的化学成分进行研究。方法 :运用层析手段和波谱方法分离并鉴定了 7个化合物。结果 :它们的结构分别为正三十三烷 (tritriacontane ,1) ,角鲨烯 (squalene ,2 ) ,木栓酮 (friedelin ,3) ,β 谷甾醇 (β sitosterol,4 ) ,N (2 氨甲酰基 苯基 ) 2 羟基苯甲酰胺 5 O β D 阿洛糖苷 (N (2 Aminoformyl phenyl) 2 hydroxybenzamide 5 O β D allopyranoside ,5 ) ,胡萝卜苷 (daucosterol,6 )和 4 乙酰氨基丁酸 (4 acety laminobutanoicacid ,7)。结论 :化合物 5是一个新化合物 ,化合物 1~ 3和
AIM:To study the chemical constituents of Rabdosia rubescens [Hemsl.]Hara.METHOD:The chemical constituents were isolated by various chromatographic methods,and the chemical structures were elucidated on the basis of spectral analysis.RESULT:Seven compounds were obtained and their structures were identified as Tritriacontane(1),Squalene(2),Friedelin(3),β sitosterol(4), N (2 Aminoformyl phenyl) 2 hydroxy benzamide 5 O β D allopyranoside(5),daucosterol(6)and 4 Acetylaminobutanoic acid(7).CONCLUSION:Compound 5 is a new compound,and the compounds 1-3 and 7 were isolated from Rabdosia rubescens [Hemsl.]Hara for the first time.
