摘要
目的:了解岩青兰资源在我国的分布和研究现状。方法:查阅相关文献和地方植物志对近年来岩青兰研究内容进行归纳总结,并从资源分布、化学成分、药理作用、质量控制和开发应用等方面进行综述研究。结果:岩青兰在我国资源丰富、分布广泛,全草可入药,民间常代茶饮,富含黄酮类、挥发油、茶多酚等多种活性成分及人体所必需的氨基酸和微量元素;在预防心血管疾病、抗氧化及清除自由基、抑菌和抗肿瘤等方面具有显著药理活性。结论:全面了解岩青兰资源分布和研究现状对有效利用和开发其药用资源具有现实意义和理论价值,有关岩青兰质量标准和质量控制方面的内容还需进一步研究。
Objective To understand the distribution and research status of Dracocephalum rupestre Hance resources in China. Methods The relevant literature and local flora were consulted 1 to summarize the research content of Dracocephalum rupestre Hance in recent years, and the resource distribution, chemical composition, pharmacological effect, quality control and development and application were reviewed.Results Dracocephalum rupestre Hance is rich in resources and widely distributed in China, whole herbs can be used in medicine, folk tea drinks, rich in flavonoids, volatile oils, tea polyphenols and other active ingredients and amino acids and trace elements necessary for the human body;It has significant pharmacological activities in the prevention of cardiovascular diseases, antioxidant and free radical scavenging, bacteriostatic and anti-tumor. Conclusion A comprehensive understanding of the distribution and research status of Dracocephalum rupestre Hance resources is of practical significance and theoretical value for the effective utilization and development of its medicinal resources, and the content on quality standards and quality control of Dracocephalum rupestre Hance needs further research.
