摘要
黑果枸杞是一种具有显著医疗作用的民族药材,大量的研究结果发现,黑果枸杞含有多糖、黄酮、多酚、微量元素、甜菜碱等成分,具有抗衰老、美容养颜、增强人体免疫力、防癌症等功效。近年来,有关黑果枸杞天然药物和保健食品研究者关注的热点。本文就近年来有关黑果枸杞多糖、黄酮类、多酚类等活性成分与药理作用的研究报道进行综述,以期为黑果枸杞进一步在医药和食品中的应用研究提供文献参考。
Lycium ruthenicum Murr is a traditional Chinese herb containing polysaccharide, flavonoids, polyphenols, trace element, betaine with remarkable medical effect on anti-decrepitude, improving appearances, enhancing immunity, cancer prevention. Currently, L. ruthenicum Murr had become a research highlight for natural medicine and health care products professionals. Herein, a systematic review of the pharmacological activities of polysaccharide, flavonoids, polyphenols and other active components associated with L. ruthenicum Murr is present, aiming at providing literature foundations for further investigations and applications of L. ruthenicum Murr in the areas of medicines and foods.
