摘要
通过光学显微镜和扫描电镜观察,研究了盐生植物黑果枸杞叶的形态解剖学特征.结果表明,黑果枸杞是典型的贮盐植物,生长在两种不同盐浓度环境中的黑果枸杞,表现出显著的性状差异.
The morphological and anatomical features of leaves of halophyte Lycium ruthenicum were observed and studied using microscope and scanning electron microscope. The results show that Lycium ruthenicum is a typical salt store plant which showed significant characteristics difference in two salinity environments.
