摘要
随着社会发展水平的不断提高,人们的精神文化需求不断提升,旅游发展目前已进入到新的阶段。相应地,政府政策也经历了从文旅结合到文旅融合的转型。文化部门和旅游部门的合并,也为文旅融合破除了体制壁垒。旅游的更新升级和社会文化的发展都要求加深旅游与文化的融合,加快推进文旅融合步伐。文旅融合发展的目的是实现经济效益与社会效益的统一,以更好地满足人民对美好生活的新期待。本文主要从文旅融合的价值耦合、效能耦合和路径耦合,论证了文旅融合的合理性、合法性和可行性。文旅融合是文化和旅游在价值、效能和路径上实现有机耦合的一种全新发展模式,需要在实践创新中不断探索前进。
With the increase of social development and people’s spiritual and cultural needs,tourist development has now entered a new stage.Accordingly,government policies have also undergone a transformation from combining cultural tourism to integrating cultural tourism.The combination of the cultural sector and the tourism sector has also broken down institutional barriers for the integration of cultural tourism.The renewal and upgrading of tourism and socio-cultural development both require deepening the integration of tourism and culture and accelerating the pace of cultural tourism integration.The purpose of the integration of cultural and tourist development is to realize the unification of economic and social benefits in order to better meet the people’s new expectations for a better life.This paper mainly demonstrates the reasonableness,legality and feasibility of cultural and tourist integration from the value coupling,performance coupling and path coupling of cultural and tourist integration.It is a brand new development model in which culture and tourism are organically coupled in terms of value,efficiency and path,and needs to be continuously explored in practice and innovation.
