摘要
以绝缘子伞裙甲基乙烯基硅橡胶为原料,丙三醇作为生物质绿色溶剂,使用TMPTA、TMPTMA和TAIC作为辐照交联的添加剂,在不同辐照剂量的条件下将绝缘子伞裙硅橡胶浸泡在溶液体系中进行硫化改性,探究不同溶液体系条件下辐照改性硅橡胶的性能变化,通过拉力测试表征改性后硅橡胶的力学性能,结果表明丙三醇作为溶剂使用浸泡法进行辐照硫化改性可以在辐照中起到一定的缓冲保护作用,使绝缘子伞裙硅橡胶的力学性能得到提升。但在溶剂体系中引入TMPTA、TMPTMA和TAIC等交联剂会使硅橡胶发生过交联的现象,使硅橡胶塑化,拉伸强度和断裂伸长率显著降低,在溶剂体系中引入交联剂不适于硫化程度已较高的硅橡胶产品。
Using methyl vinyl silicone rubber of insulator shed as experimental materials,glycerol as biomass green solvent,using TMPTA,TMPTMA and TAIC as additives for radiation crosslinking,the insulator shed is subjected to different irradiation doses and immersed in a solution system for vulcanization modification. The properties of the modified silicone rubber irradiated under different solution system conditions were investigated. The mechanical properties of the modified silicone rubber are characterized by a tensile test. The method of curing by irradiation can improve the mechanical properties of silicone rubber of insulator shed. However,the introduction of crosslinking agents such as TMPTA,TMPTMA,and TAIC into the solvent system causes the silicone rubber to undergo overcrosslinking even plasticize the silicone rubber,significantly reduce the tensile strength and elongation at break,and introduce crosslinking into the solvent system. Agents are not suitable for silicone rubber products that have a high degree of vulcanization.
