地缘关系视角下云南跨境旅游发展探析被引量：2

RESEARCH ON CROSS-BORDER TOURISM DEVELOPMENT OF YUNNAN FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF GEOGRAPHICAL RELATIONS

摘要随着边地开发开放进程加快,跨境旅游成为国家间发展地缘关系的重要抓手,云南地缘区位优势明显,与周边国家建立了良好的地缘关系,依据地缘关系与跨境旅游之间的联系,分析云南跨境旅游存在障碍,从地缘经济、地缘政治和地缘文化层面提出云南跨境旅游发展新思路。地缘经济上,建设跨境旅游合作区、培育跨国旅游公司、构建跨境旅游城市联盟和加强跨境旅游要素体系建设等方面,来推动区域旅游一体化发展;地缘政治上,健全旅游合作机制,改善地缘政治环境,推行无障碍旅游区/圈建设;地缘文化上,加强跨境民族文化交流融合,增强文化认同,通过跨境旅游彰显旅游话语权,提升国家软实力。 With the rapid development and opening up of border areas,cross-border tourism has become an important hand in developing geographical relations among countries.Yunnan has obvious geographical advantages and has established good geographical relations with neighboring countries,based on the relationship between geo-relationship and cross-border tourism,this paper analyzes the obstacles of cross-border tourism in Yunnan,and puts forward some new ideas on the development of cross-border tourism in Yunnan from the perspectives of geo-economy,geo-politics and geo-culture.Geopolitically,regional tourism integration should be promoted by constructing cross-border tourism cooperation zones,cultivating transnational tourism companies,constructing cross-border tourism city alliance,and strengthening cross-border tourism element system construction.Geopolitically,improve the tourism cooperation mechanism,improve the geopolitical environment,and promote barrier-free tourism areas/circles;In terms of geographical culture,it is necessary to strengthen cross-border cultural exchanges and integration,enhance cultural identity,and demonstrate the power of tourism through cross-border tourism to enhance the country s soft power.
