摘要
在区域化的时代背景下,大国借由区域一体化从地区和平崛起,再走向世界,这是新时期大国和平崛起的必经之路。中国的和平崛起也需遵循这一路径选择,主动、积极地推动东亚区域合作、倡导东亚区域一体化。从地缘经济学角度来看,中国—东盟自由贸易区域经济的构筑在我国的“和平崛起”战略中处于优先地位,发挥着相当程度的溢出效应。受地缘环境的制约,中国“和平崛起”战略不得不面对地区考量和检验,因此我们必须站在战略的高度来用心经营我国在东南亚地区的区域整合。
A major power rises peacefully by participating in regional integration on the background of regionalization.It is the only road for the peaceful rising.China's peaceful rising should follow this road and impel regionalization of East Asia.From the geo-economic view,CAFTA has priority of the geo-economic strategy in our country,and certainly will show spill-out effect to the degree.Regional cooperation makes peaceful rising strategy face straightly the regional consideration and examination,so we must deal with Sino-ASEAN 's combination from the strategic viewpoint.
