摘要
为金属与金属接触型螺栓法兰接头保温后的密封性能,搭建DN600、CLASS300金属与金属接触型(MMC)螺栓法兰接头高温保温试验装置,采用热电偶测量各组件在500℃下的温度分布及预紧和高温稳态下的法兰偏转角;利用有限元软件ANSYS建立法兰接头三维有限元模型并进行分析,利用试验结果对模拟进行验证,并分析保温时的密封性能。结果表明:保温提高了接头各部件温度;温度越高,密封性能越差;保温加快了螺栓载荷衰减速率,但密封性能变化不大。
To study on the sealing performance of metal to metal contact bolted flanged joints under insulation, a DN600CLASS300 metal to metal contact ( MMC) bolted flanged joints test device in high temperature with insulation was established,and the temperature distribution and flange rotation at 500℃ was measured by thermocouples.A three?dimen?sional flange joint finite element model was developed by finite element software ANSYS to calculation the temperature dis?tribution and flange rotation of MMC bolted flanged joints,and the simulation results were validated by experiments. The sealing performance was also analyzed under insulation. Results showed that the temperature of each component was im?proved when insulated.The higher the temperature,the worse the sealing performance.The decay rate of bolt load is acceler?ated by insulation,but the insulation has less influence on sealing performance.
