摘要
                
                    该实验探讨了邻菲啰啉比色法测定葡萄酒中铁含量的实验条件,主要研究了吸收波长、反应时间以及还原剂的选择对吸光度的影响。用该法测定葡萄酒的铁含量,加标回收率为99.16%,重复性试验和精密度试验结果相对标准偏差(RSD)分别为2.18%和1.56%。和国标法比较,改进后的实验可以节约时间,能够准确进行铁含量的分析,提高了测定方法的灵敏度,并且减少了有毒试剂对环境的污染。
                
                Experimental condition of determining iron content in wine by O-phenanthroline colorimetry was discussed.The influence of absorption wavelength,reaction time and choice of reductant on absorbance was mainly investigated.When iron content in wine was determined with this method,the recovery rate of standard addition was 99.16%.Meanwhile,the relative standard deviation(RSD)of method repeatability test and the precision test results were 2.18%and 1.56%,respectively.Compared to national standard method,it can save time and make an analysis on iron content accurately by the improved method.Besides,the sensitivity was increased.In addition,the environmental pollution from poisonous reagent was reduced.
