摘要
在收集和整理有关资料数据、开展实地调研、进行有关试验研究的基础上,详细分析了当代国内外不同葡萄产品研究现状及其综合加工技术的概况,并指出葡萄产业的新技术和发展趋势,提出合理可行的行业化发展建议,为今后葡萄加工领域的发展提供参考。
The current research status and comprehensive utilization of different grape products at home and abroad were analyzed in detailed, on the basis of collecting relevant information, conducting research and taking some relevant experiments. Based on the above, new technology and development tendency of grape industry were indicated for the future development of grape processing field.
