摘要
课堂是教书育人的主渠道,是人才培养工作的主阵地。课程是课堂教学得以实施的重要载体和核心要素。近年来针对大学课堂低效的现状,教育部以金课建设为抓手,推动课堂教学革命,旨在植根课程,全面促进本科教育发展。这是我国高等教育提高内涵建设和人才培养质量的一项重要举措。文章通过对H大学M学院学生进行问卷调研和教师座谈,发现课堂教学改革是一项系统工程,需要从金课团队建设、课程理念转变、课程资源整合与扩充、智慧化教学工具深度融入、改进学生评价等五个方面着手,不断提升教师课堂教学效能。
Classroom is the main channel of teaching and position of talent training.Curriculum is an important carrier and core element of classroom teaching.In recent years,it is low efficiency in university classroom.The Ministry of Education has set off a wave of classroom teaching revolution,by taking the construction of golden course as the starting point,aiming at rooting in courses and comprehensively rectifying undergraduate education.It is an important measure to improve the connotation construction and personnel training quality of higher education in China.Through the student questionnaire survey and teacher discussion of M college of H university,this paper finds that the classroom teaching reform is a systematic project,which needs to be started from five aspects:team building,curriculum concept transformation,curriculum resource integration and expansion,deep integration of intelligent teaching tools,and improvement of student evaluation.
