摘要
目的探讨TBL与PBL联合教学方法运用在儿科临床实践的教学效果。方法招募2019年6月—2019年12月进入儿科临床实习的5年制临床医学本科五年级学生90人,将其随机分为两组,试验组45例(男17例,女28例)和对照组45例(男19例,女26例),两组性别比率均衡,年龄23~26岁,分别接受PBL和TBL联合教学模式与PBL单独教学模式,将两组的成绩、综合能力和对教学模式的满意度做对比评估。结果比较两组的理论考核成绩、实践技能考核成绩和学生综合能力及对教学模式满意度,试验组均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将PBL与TBL相结合,运用于儿科学临床实践教学活动中,有益于巩固学生的基础理论知识,提升学生的综合素质水准和专业技术水平,同时也提升了教师的带教能力,获得良好的教学效果。
Objective To explore the teaching effect of TBL and PBL in pediatric clinical practice.Methods From June 2019 to December 2019,a total of 90 students enrolled in the 5th grade of pediatric clinical practice interns were selected for research,divided into two groups,45 in the experimental group(male 17,female 28)and 45 in the control group(male 19,female 26),with a balanced sex ratio of 23 to 26 years of age.Accept the PBL and TBL Combined teaching mode and the PBL separate teaching mode,respectively,compare the results of the two groups,the comprehensive ability and the satisfaction of the teaching model.Results The scores of theoretical examination,practical skills,students'comprehensive ability and satisfaction with teaching mode in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Combining PBL with TBL and applying it to clinical practice teaching activities in pediatrics is beneficial to consolidate students'basic theoretical knowledge,improve students'comprehensive quality level and professional technical level,at the same time,improve teachers'teaching ability and obtain good teaching results.
