The Application of"PBL+TBL"Teaching Method in Occupational Health and Occupational Medicine

摘要 目的:探讨以问题为基础的学习(problem-based learning,PBL)教学法联合以团队为基础的学习(teambased learning,TBL)教学法在职业卫生与职业医学教学中的应用效果。方法:选取本校46名预防医学专业本科生为研究对象,随机分为对照组和研究组,各23例。其中对照组采取传统教学法,研究组采取PBL+TBL教学法,比较两组学生的考核成绩,调查两组学生对相关教学方法的评价。结果:研究组学生主观题成绩、考核总成绩显著高于对照组学生,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。在团队协作、知识理解力、学习兴趣、学习主动性、自身能力、教学满意度方面,研究组学生肯定率显著高于对照组学生,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论:PBL+TBL教学法运用在职业卫生与职业医学教学上,能显著提高学生的成绩,教学效果良好。 Objective To explore the application effect of the problem-based learning(PBL)teaching method combined with team-based learning(TBL)teaching method in the teaching of occupational health and occupational medicine.Methods 46 undergraduate students majoring in preventive medicine were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into control group and research group,with 23 cases in each group.The control group adopted the traditional teaching method,and the research group adopted the PBL+TBL teaching method.The scores of the two groups were compared,and the evaluation of the relevant teaching methods by the students in both groups was investiga ted.Results Students in the research group had significantly higher subjective question scores and total assessment scores than students in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(p0.05).In terms of teamwork,knowledge comprehension,learning interest,learning initiative,self-ability,and teaching satisfaction,the affirmation rate of students in the research group was significantly higher than that of students in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(p0.05).Conclusion The application of PBL+TBL teaching method in occupational health and occupational medicine can significantly improve students'performance and the teaching effect is good.
