摘要
以AP1000核电机组为例,结合一回路热功率的限制特性和二回路热力系统计算方法,针对不同的抽汽供热负荷,分析了从主蒸汽和五抽抽汽供热对机组发电功率的影响。当抽汽供热负荷较小时,采用主蒸汽抽汽供热的方案对机组电功率和一回路的影响较小。当抽汽供热负荷增大时,从五抽抽汽供热具有显著的经济性。此外,由于一回路的功率限制特性和堆跟机的控制模式,在抽供热机组的一回路堆功率控制中应考虑供热负荷的修正,保证堆功率不超限,同时尽量提升发电功率,提高机组经济性。
In this paper,the effect of extraction heat supply from the main steam and the high-pressure turbine exhaust on the turbine power is analyzed under various heat loads for AP1000 nuclear power plant,considering the characteristic of primary loop thermal power and the heat system calculation of secondary loop.AS the heat load is small,the effect of extraction heat supply from main steam is acceptable.But as the heat load increases,the thermo-economics of extraction heat supply from the high-pressure turbine exhaust is obvious.Moreover,since the limiting characteristic of primary loop thermal power and the conteoll mode of reactor-follow-turbine,the heat supply load should be considerd in control system of primary loop thermal power,in order to confirm the thermal power within the limit,and also to improve the turbine power and thermo-economics.
