摘要
针对核电站二回路与火电厂不同点在于汽轮机通流能力和回热系统的热经济性,提出用特征通流面积作为表征汽轮机通流能力的参量。建立二回路热力系统经济性定量分析模型,有效地表征了加热器端差、分离器效率、汽水内漏、凝结水过冷度等诸多因素对功率的影响。介绍了在此基础上构建的我国第一套核电站二回路热力性能在线监测与诊断系统的构架和主要功能,得出该系统不仅可以实现机组运行状态的在线监测,还能根据各项能损偏差,指导运行人员操作。
In view of the features and monitoring difficulty of the thermal system for the secondary circuit of a nuclear power station,and based on the flow capacity of turbine and thermal economy of regenerative system,a method to use the characteristic flow area as the parameters to characterize the flow capacity of turbine was proposed,while a quantitative analysis model for the secondary circuit built up, which can effectively express the effect of a series of factors on the power,such as the terminal difference of heater,efficiency of separator,internal leak in system,condensate sub-cooling and many other factors. The paper introduces the structure and main function of the on-line monitoring and diagnosis system for the thermal performance of secondary circuit in the first domestic nuclear power station built up on this base. The system may not only help to realize on-line motoring of the unit in operation state,but also can guide the work of operator according to actual energy-loss analysis.
