摘要 CPR1000核电机组是我国核电版图的重要组成部分,该项技术是在引进法国M310技术后改良、优化,形成的核电技术。CPR1000机组的压力容器需结合法系规范《压水堆核电厂核岛机械部件在役检查规则》(RSE-M)对容器在一定的周期实施水压试验,用以验证容器的密封性和完整性,以保障容器在役阶段的安全可靠运行。安全有序的试验实施有助于压力容器的性能验证,重点介绍压力容器水压试验实施的关键步骤,为CPR1000核电机组压力容器水压试验工作过程管理提供参考。 The CPR1000 nuclear power unit is an important part of China's nuclear power layout.This technique is a nuclear power technique formed by improving and optimizing the introduced French M310 technique.The pressure vessel of the CPR 1000 unit needs to carry out a hydrostatic test on the vessel in a certain period in combi-nation with the French code Code on the In-Service Inspection of Mechanical Components on Nuclear Islands of Pressurized Water Reactor Nuclear Power Plants(RSE-M)to verify the tightness and integrity of the vessel,so as to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the vessel during the in-service period.The implementation of safe and orderly tests helps to verify the performance of pressure vessels.This article will focus on the introduction of the key steps of implementing the hydrostatic test of pressure vessels,so as to provide a reference|for the management of the hydrostatic test process of the pressure vessel of the CPR 1000 nuclear power unit.
