摘要
文章系统分析了应用型本科院校工科专业的人才培养模式普遍存在的问题,结合新工科人才培养目标,借鉴CDIO工程教育理念,从产业发展对工程人才的需求出发,提出了“1.5+1.5+0.5+0.5”的工科人才培养模式。从教育理念、教育模式、校企合作等方面新工科工程人才培养模式进行阐述。
This paper systematically analyzes the common problems in the talent training mode of engineering major in the application-oriented undergraduate colleges.Combined with the goal of new engineering talent training,drawing on the concept of CDIO engineering education,starting from the demand of industrial development for engineering talents,it puts forward"one point five+one point five+zero point five+zero point five"training mode of engineering talents.This paper expounds the training mode of new engineering talents from the aspects of education concept,education mode,talent training objective,curriculum system,teaching resources,talent evaluation system,"school enterprise characteristic class",etc.
