摘要
高等工程教育发展进入了新阶段,成为国际关注的焦点。本文首先调研了国内外高等院校高等工程教育改革经验,进一步指出了我国高等院校工程类人才培养存在的普遍问题;在此基础上,围绕高等教育人才培养的三个根本问题,本文尝试给出了高等工程教育人才培养模式改革的着力要素和实施路径,包括"课程"要素、"项目"要素、"学生"要素以及"教师"要素;接下来,本文将中国传媒大学人工智能专业作为典型案例,探讨其将传媒特色融入人工智能专业人才培养的可行性,以期为高等工程教育人才培养模式改革提供参考。
The development of higher engineering education has entered a new stage and become the focus of international attention.This paper first investigates the reform experience of higher engineering education in domestic and foreign universities,and further points out the common problems existing in the engineering talent cultivation in Chinese universities.On this basis,centering on the three fundamental problems of talent cultivation in higher education,this paper tries to give the focus elements and implementation path of talent cultivation mode reform in higher engineering education,including“curriculum”elements,“project”elements,“student”elements and“teacher”elements.Next,this paper takes the artificial intelligence major of Communication University of China as a typical case to explore the feasibility of integrating media characteristics into the engineering talent cultivation,in order to provide reference for the mode reform of higher engineering education.
