轮机工程技术专业现代学徒制人才培养模式的研究与实践 被引量:3

摘要 本文以笔者所在学校轮机工程技术专业现代学徒制人才培养试点工作为例,就遴选师资、人才培养方案实施、学生在船管理和考核办法等方面进行研究和实践。在实践过程中遇到职业认可度不高、专业核心课程学习不足、管理办法落实不到位、实习资历未得到认可等问题,对此作者在教学方式、学生在船管理办法、政府相关政策等方面提出解决对策,旨在探索出适合高职轮机工程技术专业的现代学徒制人才培养模式。 According to the development direction of modern vocational education,taking the pilot work of modern apprenticeship training of marine engineering technology majors in our university as an example,this paper discusses the selection of teachers,the implementation of talent training scheme,the management and assessment of students on ship.In the process of practice,some problems have emerged,such as low professional recognition,insufficient learning of core courses,inadequate implementation of management methods,and recognition of internship qualifications.In order to find out a modern apprenticeship talents training mode suitable for Marine Engineering Technology Specialty in higher vocational colleges,the paper puts forward countermeasures in teaching methods,student management on board and relevant government policy making,etc.
