摘要
船舶工程技术专业旨在培养新时期适应船舶行业发展新需求的复合型人才。目前船舶工程技术专业课程存在设置与岗位匹配程度不足、“课证赛”融通程度不足、课程体系与时俱进水平不足等问题,为此,要创新产教融合模式,加强“双师型”创新教师队伍建设,丰富教育评价体系,创新学习形式,以期有效提升船舶工程技术专业人才培养质量。
The major of ship engineering technology aims to train versatile talents who can adapt to the new needs of ship industry development in the new era.At present,there are some problems in the curriculum of ship engineering technology,such as the lack of matching degree between the course setting and the position,the lack of integration degree of"course,certificate and competition",and the insufficient level of keeping pace with the times of the curriculum system.Therefore,it is necessary to innovate the integration mode of production and education,strengthen the construction of double-qualified innovative teachers,enrich the education evaluation system,and innovate the learning forms,so as to effectively improve the training quality of ship engineering and technology professionals.
