摘要
专精特新企业是我国最具活力的中小企业代表,在开放创新生态中讨论专精特新企业位势跃迁的机制和路径具有积极的现实意义。在垄断竞争假设下建立D-S模型考察企业生产函数,分析厂商的成本-收益情况,推导出更适合专精特新企业位势跃迁的路径。之后,围绕我国经济面临的需求收缩、供给冲击和预期转弱的三重压力,从市场结构、企业效率和外部环境三大子系统构建起开放创新生态系统,分析影响专精特新企业位势跃迁的主要因素。最后,从开放创新生态的视角分析其对专精特新企业位势的积极和消极影响,围绕专精特新企业位势跃迁的不同阶段提出有助于推动实现高质量创新发展的合理建议。
The specialized,fined,peculiar and innovative SMEs is the most dynamic representative of small and medium-sized enterprises in China.It is of positive practical significance to discuss the mechanism and path of the position transition of them in an open and innovative ecosystem.Under the assumption of monopoly competition,a D-S model is established to investigate the enterprise production function,analyze the cost-benefit situation of manufacturers,and deduce a path more suitable for the transition of Specialized,Fined,Peculiar and Innovative SMEs.Then,with the threefold pressure of demand,supply and expectation,the innovation ecosystem is constructed corresponding to the three subsystems of market structure,enterprise efficiency and external environment,and the main factors affecting the transition of Specialized,Fined,Peculiar and Innovative SMEs are analyzed.Finally,from the perspective of innovation ecosystem,this paper analyzes its positive and negative impact on the potential of Specialized,Fined,Peculiar and Innovative SMEs,summarizes the different stages of the potential transition of specialized and special new enterprises,and puts forward reasonable suggestions to promote the high-quality development of Specialized,Fined,Peculiar and Innovative SMEs.
