摘要
目的分析探讨鼻内镜辅助下手术切除术联合鼻腔冲洗治疗慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉的疗效及对复发率的影响。方法选取2017年9月~2019年10月期间接受治疗的慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉患者60例,随机抽取患者分组研究,对照组患者接受鼻内镜辅助下切除术治疗,研究组患者在此基础上,联合鼻腔冲洗治疗,对比分析两组患者临床的治疗结果。结果研究组患者的治疗有效率96.67%明显高于对照组患者的治疗有效率76.67%;研究组患者治疗后的炎性因子水平值明显要低于对照组患者的炎性因子水平值(P <0.05);随访3个月后,研究组患者的复发率3.33%低于对照组患者的复发率20%,且研究组患者的鼻腔症状总评分(0.63±0.12)分明显优于对照组患者的鼻腔症状总评分(1.24±0.28)分(P<0.05)。结论对慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉患者进行鼻内镜辅助下手术切除同时,联合鼻腔冲洗治疗,在有效改善患者的炎性因子水平、鼻腔症状评分的同时,患者治疗效果有明显提升,且随访后患者出现复发的频率明显降低,临床价值明显。
Objective To analyze the efficacy of nasal endoscopy-assisted surgical resection combined with nasal lavage fluid in the treatment of sinusitis and nasal polyps and its effect on the recurrence rate.Methods In this study,60 patients with sinusitis and nasal polyps who were treated in our hospital from June 2016 to October 2019 were randomly selected and divided into groups.The patients in the control group received endoscopic sinus resection.Based on this,patients in the study group were treated with nasal irrigation solution,and the clinical treatment results of the two groups of patients were compared and analyzed.Results The treatment efficiency of patients in the study group was 96.67%significantly higher than that of the patients in the control group.The inflammatory factor levels of treatment group patients after treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);After 3 months of follow-up,the recurrence rate of patients in the study group was 0.77%lower than that of the control group,and the nasal symptom score(0.63±0.12)of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group(1.24±0.28)(P<0.05).Conclusion Endoscopically assisted surgical resection for patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps,combined with nasal cavity irrigation,can effectively improve the level of inflammatory factors and nasal cavity symptom scores,and the treatment effect of patients has been significantly improved.And after follow-up,the frequency of recurrence of patients was significantly reduced,and the clinical value was obvious.
