摘要
目的探讨针对性优质护理对鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者行鼻内窥镜手术后的应用价值。方法选取我院收治的行内窥镜手术的鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者120例,随机分为两组,每组各60例,对照组接受常规护理,试验组接受针对性优质护理干预,采用汉密尔顿焦虑量表(Hamilton Anxiety Scale,HAMA)和汉密顿抑郁量表(Hamilton Depression Scale,HAMD)评估术后的心理情绪状态,观察并发症发生情况,采用本院自制满意度评分表评估护理满意情况。结果干预后,两组HAMA以及HAMD评分均低于干预前,试验组低于对照组(P<0.05),试验组并发症发生率低于对照组,总满意率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者行鼻内窥镜手术后采用针对性优质护理,可显著改善患者的焦虑和抑郁状态,降低并发症发生率,提高护理满意程度。
Objective To explore the application value of targeted high quality nursing for patients with sinusitis and nasal polyps after nasal endoscopic surgery.Methods A total of 120 patients with sinusitis and nasal polyps after nasal endoscopic surgery in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups,60 cases in each,the study group was treated with targeted high-quality nursing intervention,and the control group was treated with routine care.Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)were used to evaluate the psychological and emotional state after operation;the complications was observed,and the self-made satisfaction score table was used to evaluate the nursing satisfaction.Results After the intervention,the HAMA and HAMD scores in the two groups were lower than before the intervention,those in the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05),the rate of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the total satisfaction rate was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The targeted high quality nursing for patients with sinusitis and nasal polyps after nasal endoscopic surgery can significantly improve the anxiety and depression of patients,and can greatly reduce the rate of complications,improve the degree of nursing satisfaction.
