摘要
目的分析在慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者中应用功能性鼻内窥镜手术的临床疗效。方法选取我院于2017年2月至2019年2月收治的52例慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者。所有患者于入院后实施功能性鼻内窥镜手术进行治疗。观察患者的治疗效率及治疗情况,对比患者治疗前后的症状变化情况及鼻功能改善情况。结果采用功能性鼻内窥镜手术治疗的治疗效率较高,术前患者的鼻阻力与鼻声反射与术后有明显差异,术后患者的鼻阻力与鼻声反射情况明显优于治疗前(P<0.05);治疗后患者的打喷嚏、鼻塞、鼻涕及鼻痒的症状评分明显比治疗前低(P<0.05)。患者的术后复发率较低。结论在慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者的治疗中,应用功能性鼻内窥镜手术具有显著的疗效,该种手术方式给患者造成的创伤较小,有利于促进患者鼻阻力和鼻声反射功能的改善,有较高的治愈率,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of functional nasal endoscopic surgery in patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps.Methods A total of 52 patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps treated in our hospital from February 2017 to February 2019 were selected.All patients underwent functional nasal endoscopic surgery after admission.Observe the treatment efficiency and treatment of patients,and compare the changes of symptoms and improvement of nasal function before and after treatment.Results The functional efficiency of functional nasal endoscopic surgery was higher,and the nasal resistance and nasal sound reflex of patients before surgery were significantly different from those of postoperative patients.The nasal resistance and nasal sound reflex of patients after surgery were significantly better than those before treatment(P<0.05).The scores of sneezing,stuffy nose,nasal nasal discharge and nasal itching after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).The postoperative recurrence rate was lower.Conclusion In the treatment of patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps,functional nasal endoscopic surgery has a significant effect.It is beneficial to improve the nasal resistance and nasal reflex function of patients,and has a higher cure rate,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
