摘要
研究目标:测度中国人力资本结构,考察中国人力资本结构的时空演变特征。研究方法:基于不同地区人口受教育程度差异,采用空间向量夹角公式测算"人力资本结构指数",综合运用核密度函数、Dagum基尼系数、收敛模型及局域Moran指数解析人力资本结构的时空演变特征。研究发现:中国人力资本结构总体上呈现不断优化趋势,但存在明显的阶段性变化特征,东、中、西三大区域具有明显梯度效应。全国整体人力资本结构存在两极分化现象,不同区域的极化特征表现出明显异质性;在观测期内,人力资本结构总体差异扩大了约33%,区域间差异是最主要的贡献者,其次是区域内差异,超变密度的贡献最小;全国整体不存在σ收敛特征,而基本支持β收敛机制,区域收敛特征存在一定差异;人力资本结构还展现了较为稳定的"高-高"或"低-低"的地理空间集聚特性。研究创新:深刻系统地揭示了中国人力资本结构的分布动态、地区差异、收敛性以及空间集聚特征。研究价值:为从结构视角把脉中国人力资本变化规律提供经验参考,同时也为落实创新驱动发展战略促进区域经济高质量协调发展提出新的思路。
Research Objectives:To measure the structure of human capital and examine the characteristics of the Spatial-temporal evolution of human capital structure in China.Research Methods:Based on the differences in the education level of the population in each region,the human capital structure index is calculated using the space vector angle formula,and the characteristics of the Spatial-temporal evolution of human capital structure are analyzed using the kernel density function,Dagum Gini coefficient,convergence model and local Moran index.Research Findings:On the whole,China’s human capital structure presents a trend of continuous optimization,but there are obvious characteristics of periodic changes,and the three regions of east,middle and west have obvious gradient effect.There is polarization in the overall human capital structure of the country,and the polarization characteristics of different regions show obvious heterogeneity.During the observation period,the overall difference in human capital structure has expanded by about 33%.Interregional differences are the main contributors,followed by intraregional differences,and the contribution of intensity of transvariation is the smallest.There is noσconvergence feature in the whole country,and theβconvergence mechanism is basically supported,and there are certain differences in regional convergence features.The structure of human capital also shows a relatively stable high-high type or low-low type of geographic spatial agglomeration.Research Innovations:This paper,profoundly and systematically reveals the distribution dynamics,regional differences,convergence and spatial agglomeration characteristics of China’s human capital structure.Research Value:To provide an empirical reference for understanding the law of human capital changes in China from a structural perspective,and to point out new ideas for implementing innovation-driven development strategy to promote high-quality and coordinated regional economic development.
