QuEchERS-HPLC-MS/MS法测定槟榔中42种农药残留 被引量:3

Determination of 42 Pesticide Residues in Arecanut Seeds by QuEchERS-HPLC-MS/MS

摘要 通过优化QuEchERS前处理方法,并结合高效液相色谱-串联质谱(HPLC-MS-MS)技术,建立了槟榔中42种农药多残留的测定方法。水化后,以1%乙酸-乙腈溶液作为提取液,用QuEchERS方法提取后,用液相色谱-串联质谱仪在多反应监测模式(RMR)下检测。结果显示:42种农药成分的线性范围在2~50 ng/mL,相关系数r均大于0.999;方法的平均回收率在75.9%~105.6%,相对标准偏差小于13.4%(n=6),检出限在0.1~3.2μg/kg。此方法具有良好的回收率及稳定性,可用于槟榔中42种农药多残留的测定。 A QuEchERS pretreatment method was optimized,and combined with HPLC-MS/MS to develop a multi-residue determination method for 42 pesticides in the seeds of arecanut(Areca catechu Linn).Fresh arecanut seeds were ground,hydrated and extracted by using the QuEchERS method with acetonitrile with 1%acetic acid as the extraction solvent,and quantitative detection of 42 pesticide residues in the arecanut were performed by the HPLC-MS-MS in multiple reaction monitoring(MRM)mode.The results showed that the linear range was 2~50 ng/mL,and that the correlation coefficient r was above 0.999.The average recovery was 75.9%~105.6%and the relative standard deviations of detection results were less than 13.4%(n=6).The limit of detection(LOD)was 0.1~3.1μg/kg.This method has good recovery and high stability and can hence be applied to multi-residue determination of 42 pesticides in arecanut.
