摘要
物流系统是区域医学检验中心建设过程中的关键一环,在其建设和运行管理中涵盖了基本硬件的配置标准、工作流程的设计和优化、突发事件的应急管理等多个方面。同时,物流系统的有效运行也是区域医学检验中心质量管理中的一个组成部分,其建设过程中也应形成一套符合区域医学检验中心跨院运行模式特点的质量监管体系。鉴于区域医学检验中心物流系统的建设和管理尚未形成相应的国家或地方标准,本文分别从区域医学检验中心物流系统的建设标准、运行标准、质量控制标准等方面开展讨论,并就物流系统的建设现状进行了思考、分析和展望,旨在为区域医学检验中心物流系统的标准化建设和管理提供一定的参考。
Logistics system is one of the key components in the construction process of regional medical laboratory center.In its construction and operation management,it covers the basic hardware configuration standard,the design and optimization of workflow,the management of emergencies and so on.At the same time,the effective operation of the logistics system is also an integral part of the quality management of the regional medical laboratory center.In the process of its construction,a set of quality supervision system should also be formed that conforms to the characteristics of the cross hospital operation mode of the regional medical laboratory center.In view of the fact that the construction and management of regional medical laboratory center logistic system has not yet meet corresponding national or local standards,this paper discusses the construction standard,operation standard and quality control standard of regional medical laboratory center logistic system.At the same time,the current situation of logistics system construction is considered,analyzed and prospected.The purpose of this paper is to provide some reference for the standardized construction and management of logistic system in regional medical laboratory center.
