摘要
目的了解病理科细胞学工作生物安全现状,明确生物安全防护水平及危险因素,促进完善生物防控措施的建立。方法制定生物安全调查问卷,征集了38家北京市三级医疗机构的有效回复并进行统计分析。结果病理科无独立细胞学实验室的12家(31.58%),没有安装生物安全柜的20家(52.63%),没有自动感应门配置的34家(89.47%),没有安装非手动式水嘴开关26家(68.42%),不了解紫外线消毒剂量的有34家(89.47%),细胞学制作中不穿戴隔离衣、护眼镜的25家(65.79%),工作时不佩戴口罩有2家(5.26%),细胞学废液经专业收集处理30家(78.95%),废液经下水道排放8家(21.05%),33家(86.84%)使用紫外线消毒,29家(76.32%)进行过生物安全培训。结论病理科细胞学实验室应加强生物安全基本建设与设备的投入,重视员工的生物安全培训效果,严格监管员工生物安全防护,以提高在病理科细胞学工作中应对感染疾病防控的能力。
Objective To understand the present situation of biosafety of cytological work in department of pathology,find out biosafety level and risk factors,and promote the establishment of measures for biological prevention and control.Methods We designed a biosafety questionnaire and collected effective responses from 38 grade 3 medical institutions in Beijing for statistical analysis.Result 12(31.58%)of the pathology departments had no independent cytology laboratory,20(52.63%)had no biosafety cabinet installed,34(89.47%)had no automatic induction door configuration,26(68.42%)had no manual nozzle switch installed,and 34(89.47%)did not know the ultraviolet disinfection dose.Among the 25(65.79%)who did not wear isolation clothes or protective glasses in cytology,2(5.26%)did not wear masks at work,and 30(78.95%)were professionally collected and treated with cytological waste fluid,8(21.05%)of the waste liquid was discharged through the sewer,33(86.84%)used ultraviolet disinfection,and 29(76.32%)received biosafety training.Conclusion Cytological laboratories of department of pathology should invest more in biosafety infrastructure and equipment,attach more importance to employees’biosafety training,and strictly supervise employees biosafety protection,thus enhancing their ability of infectious disease prevention and control.
