摘要
为了解国外分级诊疗制度运行情况,采用文献复习方法,对一些国家的医疗服务体系进行了文献综述分析与比较归纳。在此基础上,分析了国内分级诊疗体系建设障碍,从增加基层优质卫生人力资源供给、明确医疗机构功能定位、借力区域医联体建设和加大政府投入4方面提出完善国内分级诊疗服务体系建设的政策建议。
In order to understand the hierarchical hospital visit system in abroad counties, the health care system in some typical countries were analyzed and compared by literature review.The barriers of shaping hierarchical hospital visit system in China were analyzed. For further improvement of the system, the authors bring forward related policy suggestions including increasing the supply of high quality human resources in primary healthcare institutions, well-defined purpose of medical institutions, leveraging medical complex construction and enhancing government investment.
