基于分布式自主协同制造的船体分段智能车间体系 被引量:2

摘要 针对当前基于制造执行系统的船体分段智能车间设备故障报警不及时、数据流通传输速度慢、运行可靠性差等问题,提出一种基于分布式自主协同制造的船体分段智能车间体系。概述分布式自主协同制造,介绍船体分段智能车间的总体架构与运行机制等,对基于分布式自主协同制造的船体分段智能车间体系进行设计,并提出实现船体分段智能车间分布式自主协同制造涉及的关键技术,为船舶制造企业打造智能制造车间提供一种新的参考方法。 In terms of the problems that the equipment failure alarm is not timely,the data circulation and transmission speed is slow,the operation reliability is poor,etc.,in the current intelligent workshop of hull section based on Manufacturing Execution System,a kind of intelligent workshop system of hull section based on the distributed autonomous collaborative manufacturing is proposed.The distributed autonomous collaborative manufacturing is outlined,the overall architecture,and operation mechanism,etc.of intelligent workshop of hull section are introduced,the intelligent workshop system of hull section based on the distributed autonomous collaborative manufacturing is designed,and the key technology involved in realizing the distributed autonomous collaborative manufacturing of intelligent workshop of hull section is proposed,which provides a new reference method for the ship manufacturing enterprises to build the intelligent manufacturing workshop.
